The legendary name of any product consists of how good the actual product is as well as how good the after sales service & support for the product is.

These days a potential customer must ask whether the product he/she is about to buy can be serviced, will parts be available, at a decent cost, etc.

At CampFridge.co.za we want to build up that Legendary status for Bismarck freezers, so our policy regarding spares is simple:

  • We undertake to carry stock of all parts for our products
  • We do not add exorbitant profits on any part (but we reserve the right to verify your ownership of a Bismarck product)

Our service policy:

  • If repair work needs to be done outside of guarantee agreement, the repair prices we charge are not inflated over and above a technician's normal rates.
